Based in Ahus, Sweden, Blå Station was born from a designer's desire to put furniture into production which he liked himself, and which deserved a place in the market.  It wasn´t enough that a product had never been shown before. For it to be considered new, it had to be able to demonstrate a new attitude towards shape, function, material or the industrial production process.  Following their seven criteria for sustainable development, everything is produced in Sweden to ensure each link in the chain follows these criteria.
